Customer Success Manager – SaaS B2B Platform, AI
This is a fantastic opportunity to help establish and grow the CSM function for a product and consulting firm based in central London.
It is a permanent position, paying up to £65k basic, along with a bonus and a host of benefits. The role can be largely remote but will require semi regular trips to the central London office and clients too when required.
The product itself is new to market, with the customer profile within Private Equity. It is an AI powered SaaS platform which is utilised by Analysts up to Investment Managers.
Experience wise, you will have had a successful career to date in Customer Success, with a good understanding of tech products, ideally SaaS with a B2B audience. As your client demographic will be within Financial Services, any experience liaising with clients in this space would help (although not a pre-requisite).
Your role will involve onboarding, training and retention, with a focus on ensuring customers maximise their understanding and use of the product to gain significant ROI. You will work closely with the Product Manager, providing customer feedback on CX, new features and functionality as well as any improvements and helping to deliver the Product roadmap.
In terms of having an impact, the role offers you the opportunity to shape the CSM function, playing a significant part in the adoption, growth, retention and success of the product. Career wise, the greater the success, the bigger the team will need to become, as well as potential opportunities across the wider business.
