Head of Insights & Analytics – Hybrid (London) Insurtech Sector

I am looking for a strategic, data-driven leader to head up Insights & Analytics across UK and EU operations. If you’re passionate about turning complex data into actionable insights that influence business decisions, this is your chance to shape the BI and analytics function in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role:

As Head of Insights & Reporting, you’ll lead the business intelligence strategy, deliver impactful analysis, and collaborate with teams across the organisation to support data-driven decision-making and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the analytics agenda, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform strategic direction and enhance overall business outcomes.
• Must have good senior stakeholder management across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to provide them with deep analytical insights that enable smarter, data-informed decisions.
• Design and implement a comprehensive BI and analytics road map that empowers departments across the organisation to make informed, data-led decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop the BI team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence

Requirements:

• 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Insights roles, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
• Extensive experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, with a track record of building impactful dashboards and reports
• Strong background in data analysis, with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable business insights
• Expertise in data visualisation best practices, making data understandable and accessible to non-technical users.
• Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in either Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics or a related field.
