We’re seeking a Director of Network Architecture to define and execute a forward-thinking network strategy that ensures scalability, reliability, and security across a rapidly growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a long-term network architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of network architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee the design, deployment, and optimisation of network systems and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions.
- Innovation & Transformation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
- Budget & Vendor Oversight: Manage budgets and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective, high-quality outcomes.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all network designs meet regulatory and security standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in scaling network architecture within high-growth environments.
- Strong leadership background with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, sustainability, and efficiency standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in managing network integration during mergers and acquisitions.
- Strong grasp of data analytics, programming logic, and architectural documentation.
- International experience and significant vendor management expertise are highly desirable.

- Has led a mid-stage telecom or tech company through significant growth (e.g., 500 to 1500 employees).
