Head of Cyber Security – Deputy CISO – Security Engineering – Security Architecture
A blend of technical security knowledge and understanding with significant input in to the Cyber Security roadmap is required for our customer, who operate in a regulated sector. Anyone applying will need to be have led Cyber Security teams previously and ideally teams of engineers and architects, so highly technical people. The teams are across multiple locations and international so experience of managing disparate teams will be a plus.
From a technical standpoint you will need to know Security Operations and have led teams of penetration testers/ethical hackers previously, as well as having an appreciation and understanding of GRC. Strategically being involved in the development of the cyber security roadmap and then defining the journey will be important. You will then be responsible for executing the change initiatives to drive the development of their security function.
This role is a perfect mix of hands on, in the detail work and strategic input for someone who is aiming to become a CISO in the near future. CISM qualification preferred but not essential.
