Networks – Infrastructure – Telephony – Configuration

Network Analyst required to become an integral part of our clients Networks team. You will be responsible for incident management on all network and telephony systems and have an appreciation of wider IT Infrastructure. Working to SLA's you'll be troubleshooting issues and ensuring the maintenance and smooth running of networks, escalating where necessary.

Your technical knowledge will be centred around Cisco, Dell, DNS/DHCP configuration, VMware, Firewalls, Routers, Switches and VOIP.
