IT Support Engineer, Windows, 2^nd/3^rd line, AD, Office365

 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer from an MS Windows background to take ownership of a user base of 150, across 3 sites as part of a small, dedicated team.

You will be involved in day to day desktop and server side support as well as take on projects, such as a planned Office365 upgrade and a new backup/DR solution.

 

In terms of experience you will need commercial competency in the following:

• Office 365 support
• Windows and Mac OS
• Server 2016
• Active Directory (Group Policies etc)
• DNS, DHCP
• ITIL

 

The company is based on the outskirts of Scarborough and are currently working remotely, with the longer term plan to be back in the office 2-3 day per week when safe to do so.
