Business Analyst – Requirements Gathering – GAP Analysis – Product Selection
Business Analyst needed for a digitisation project, helping our customer gather requirements from their global business and translating this in to a product functional specification. Undertaking GAP analysis to identify changes required from a business perspective and ultimately go to market and assist in the selection of an "off-the-shelf" product to act as their B2B customer portal.
This is phase 1 of the project and all going well you will then be involved in the implementation of the product. You will need to have experience of scoping extranet or customer portals and the product selection process.
Work is remote with some occasional travel to the West midlands potentially.
