Lead Salesforce Developer

Salesforce – Development – Force.com – Leadership – Management Leading the Salesforce development, integration, strategy and team for a leading Financial Services business in Birmingham.  This role will be ultimately responsible for how the business use Salesforce and for the delivery of key projects around the Salesforce platform.   You’ll need to know Salesforce development, ideally be certified, but also have a much broader appreciation of technologies such as Javascript frameworks (Angular, React, Jquery or similar), ASP.Net, RestAPI and XML.  So a real understanding of the SDLC, integration, change management and development methodologies needed as well as your Salesforce expertise. There’s people management in the role so being a leader and motivator as well as a technical lead is needed.  The business are going through a huge technology refresh and transformation so a great time to be a part of this and an opportunity that doesn’t come up too often in Salesforce in the region.
