Dev Manager

Development Manager with enthusiasm, deep tech knowledge and still willing to lean required for a business with a digital transformation programme under way. The business we are working with have a really broad range of technology in terms of their applications and platforms, .Net, mobile, Java, mobile even some legacy AS400's if that's your thing; and they can look at people with any of these background to come on board and help them put in place a software development roadmap as well as revamp, update and develop new applications. The applications the team deliver could be anything from core financial services products to mobile apps and everything in-between, with a focus on how the applications integrate and create their technology landscape.

You will need to be a strategist, someone that can work in and with the leadership team to develop the tech roadmap and plan and then help deliver it; it's not all strategy though and having someone that is still able and keen to get hands on and help deliver products and integrate products is needed. The last piece of the jigsaw is the people management piece, mentoring, coaching and developing your people as you take them on the journey.
