Exchange/Messaging Engineer

Exchange Engineer / Messaging Engineer, Exchange 2016, AD, 3rd line This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a large Consultancy, working within their Managed Services division for the DAC region. As an Exchange Engineer you will be part of a defined team, providing 3rd line Exchange server support and maintenance to one of their largest clients, a very well-known German Automotive Manufacturer. You will be dealing with escalated technical Exchange queries, on their Enterprise level Server estate, running Exchange 2016 mainly. Good knowledge of Office365 would also be desirable for this position. You will understand ITIL processes in terms of change, incident and problem management and work with your colleagues to ensure reliable and continuous service delivery. There is a separate 1st/2nd line team providing end user support, do you will only be working on 3rd line technical Exchange infrastructure issues. There is also a 24/7 support team. You will work a standard day (no shift patterns!). The role can be based from any of the following offices of the Consultancy – Leipzig, Munich or Erfurt – there is also the possibility to work remotely from elsewhere in Germany.
