The Business

Our client is a well-established not-for-profit professional services body who specialise in people development with a worldwide community of over 160,000 members are looking to recruit a Senior Performance Analytics Manager.

The Role

As Senior Performance Analytics Manager you will support the development, execution and performance management of a digital-focused marketing strategy for the organisation around which all marketing campaigns, plans and activities will be designed.

To support the design and structure of marketing strategy, planning and campaigns using marketing insights to shape them at the outset, monitor performance during and provide “in flight” evidence-based recommendations aimed at optimising marketing performance at return on investment.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in the field of digital marketing
  • Experience in visualization with Power BI
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud 
  • A background in developing digital marketing strategies including cross functional and conversion optimisation strategies (i.e., through CRM, SEO, Social and Community).
  • Experience in overseeing, evaluating and analysing Business to Business and Business to customer digital marketing campaigns including paid search, display, paid social
  • A sound understanding of the conversion funnel, and the implications that has on acquisition channels and retention
  • Experience of working with website optimisation tools for A/B multivariate testing e.g., Google Optimise, GTM etc and familiarity with CRM, SiteImprove, Hotjar, AdWords, DoubleClick platforms.
  • Good reporting capabilities and an ability to convey analytical insights to a range of audiences.
  • Proficient at relationship building at all levels and influencing a range of senior decision makers, challenging decision making to help make continuous improvements.
  • Experience in being able to work internationally across cultures, geographies and diverse customer tastes, and reflect this within marketing strategy
