Tech Lead

Tech Lead – React, Node, Typescript, Cloud, hybrid

Working for the global leader in strategic development for senior board members of the largest corporate companies, you will be required to lead and grow and existing team of 5 engineers.

The team is talented and mixed levels from junior to senior and you will be working on single codebase mobile apps, desktop apps and data analytics.

You should have a strong background in most of the stack listed below but also have a broad knowledge of the wider tech market – a polyglot mindset. This will be a part hands on role and not just management so having the desire and ability to get stuck in is important as well as leading from the front from both a strategic and development standpoint

You will have proven experience in leading teams of talented engineers with a high degree of success and positive outcomes, to the point that talented engineers would sign up and work for you again. Being an independent contributor first is your passion, but you are equally happy and willing to be a mentor and coach to others in a management capacity.
