Test Manager

Test Manager – NFR – Automation – CI/CD – Hybrid but can be almost entirely remote

Working with the internal teams and partners to ensure the delivery of a fit for purpose testing function, supporting in product and project delivery.  You will be responsible for the design and delivery of an automated testing suite as well as leading non-functional testing requirements and performance testing. You will be leading a small team of testers and managing external partners so leadership skills, a strategic mind and technical know-how are all key in the role. 

You will need experience in:

•  automation and NFR testing 
• Jira
• waterfall and agile methodologies.
• change and release management
• SAAS platforms
