Senior Manager – Service Delivery – Cloud, Data and Security Solutions

 

This is a permanent position, paying up to 110k + benefits and can be worked remotely, from within the UK.

 

Due to the nature of the business, you must be eligible to achieve UK Government Security Clearance (need to have lived and worked in the UK for a minimum of 5 years).

 

Working for a Tech Consultancy, you will be leading the Service Delivery and Service Management function, who as a team, take responsibility for cloud, data, security, DevOps and secure data platform clients – both within Government and Financial Services.

 

Your role will be focused on overseeing the team, growing the Service Delivery function from both a personnel and structure perspective – creating and implementing a better framework, creating a robust Service Management process for customers (inc release management and critical incident management).

 

An ITIL certification would be expected and any Agile certifications would certainly be a benefit too.
