Infrastructure Engineer

Senior Support Engineer – Windows, Azure, Office365, Powershell

 

This is a permanent position, paying up to £40k.

The role setup is Hybrid, with an equal split between home and office working – location is Kings Hill, Kent, near Maidstone and 5 mins off the M20.

 

As part of a dedicated Infrastructure Support team, you will assume responsibility for technical issues escalated from the Service Desk as well as taking ownership of Infrastructure projects, new builds, migrations and automation.

 

You will be an accomplished Support Engineer, with commercial experience on MS Server, Office365, some Powershell and exposure to Azure cloud hosting.

 

The business have a small number of subsidiaries, most are now Cloud based via Azure, so good experience of providing Cloud support on Azure is required.

A key project in the near future will be moving another unit from on-prem to Azure cloud hosted providing a fantastic opportunity to gain indepth cloud experience.
