Are you an experienced leader of Project Managers? Someone that can develop people, grow teams, support teams and manage a disparate team to support and drive project delivery. We need someone with exceptional leadership skills and someone that will be able to push the shared function for PM's forward. You'll need a background in Project Management to understand the frameworks and support people but you will not be hands on delivering projects. The focus is on resource management and allocation and being able to develop, hire, train and support people in the team.
You'll be supporting the bank in delivering major transformation and change initiatives, managing offshore and onshore resource to ensure project completion. The offices are in the West Midlands and London and you may need to travel to both locations but can operate remotely partly too.
This is an opportunity to lead a team of 20 plus PM's and take up a leadership role in a challenger bank.
The role is inside IR35.
