Tech Lead

Technical lead – .Net, microservices, Azure, SQL, C#

We are working with the UK’s largest external maintenance and EV charging point company and they supply many of the countries market leading utility companies. The primary focus for this role will be to lead the design and development of software within the company and you will have significant experience in leading small squads to create the solutions they need in their continued roll out of these charging points.

As the Tech Lead you will:

• Be leading a team of 5+ to develop, deploy and support products for ongoing growth within the company
• Identify the best technology for how their software is written and developed
• You will provide technical leadership to coach your team in the best modern engineering practices

Your knowledge:

• You will have significant experience of creating and supporting products built on the .net stack and Azure platform.
• You have strong knowledge of SQL in designing data models
• You have worked on both legacy and greenfield projects and importantly are able to review and refactor older systems to be fit for purpose in a modern cloud-first Azure driven environment.
• You can design systems characterised by high levels of risk, impact, and technical complexity
