PHP Developer

We are currently searching for a PHP Developer for a well established award winning Digital Agency based in London whose clients range from start ups to global enterprises. 

They're looking for someone at junior/mid level to work on several well established digital platforms within the cycling and technology space. Developing new and existing features for applications. Also optimising and updating current systems and code.

Requirements:

• Confident PHP OOP
• Fluent MySQL
• Symfony/ZendFramework/Laminas/Doctrine ORM, or a similar framework, and a good general understanding of MVC
• Unit testing/TDD
• Solid understanding of web security issues and how to write secure code
• Git (including pull requests and code reviews, branching strategy)
• Good understanding of HTML and JavaScript

The following are not essential but are nice-to-haves:

• REST APIs
• Continuous Integration systems
• Lean & Agile
• Scrum
• Linux
• Familiarity with Angular, React or other JS frameworks
