Head of Transformation - DIrector

Head of Transformation – Director level position working for an award-winning Digital Transformation Consultancy based in London (Hybrid working).

This is a permanent position, paying c£100,000 plus bonus and options.

You will take ownership of all Transformation Programmes, responsible for Delivery of the agreed Strategy – including implementing new digital products and services and involving Customer Experience, Service Design, Business Process Modelling, Tech Strategy, Change Planning and Product Implementation. You will be an SME in the delivery of complex transformation programmes and be able to steer multiple concurrent programmes.

Due to the nature of the business and interaction with eternal stakeholders, the ideal background will be within Consultancy (Big 4 or Technology Consultancy), with any Financial Services clients an extra benefit.
