Data Engineer – SQL, SSIS
This is a permanent position, ideally paying £50-60k + bens (may consider bright mid levels or even Lead Data Engineers – salary will flex accordingly). The company are based in central London and whilst they work in a mostly remote capacity, there will be the expectation to come into the office on a semi regular basis for meetings.
This is a very exciting opportunity to work with a Data Marketing Agency, working with clients on game changing data platforms and products.
The environment is mainly MS based, with a lot of SQLServer, SSIS and C# use (for API development). You will need to demonstrate expertise in SQL coding, preferably on SQLServer and also be a dab hand in ETL and DataWarehousing (ideally SSIS for ETL processes).
You will be working on very large Data Sets, often structured but messy and complex. There is a hybrid platform, a mix of on-prem and Azure cloud hosted IP. Any experience with Big Data Platforms and ML toolkits will be beneficial too as the business are building out a few products in addition to their client delivery work.
