Business Analyst Manager – Media – Delivery – Customer Focus
The BA Manager will be leading a team of Business Analysts working to deliver digital projects, including video streaming technology (OTT Media). You will be the bridge between the end customer, delivery teams and technology teams, helping to understand customer needs and translating this in to specs for the solutions and delivery teams to work from.
You will be responsible for the development and training of BA's as well as helping them to work globally with disparate and culturally different teams. You will need solid BA principles and be a superb leader of people, being able to bring teams together and motive people.
The business are growing and operate in a very exciting sector which has seen significant growth in the last few years. The projects you will be supporting to deliver are multi-million pound projects.
You will have good stakeholder engagement skills and be able to work across Product, software, Project and Delivery teams.
The role is a hybrid onsite in Central London and remote role. Paying up to £80k plus bonus and benefits.
