Senior Growth Product Manager – £80k-£100k

A Senior Product Manager (Growth) is sought by a scaling cybersecurity company in London.

The successful Senior Product Manager will be responsible for setting up the growth team to work collaboratively with the existing Product team, and driving the development of processes and ideas to support growth across the business.
Sitting as the central figure between the Sales, Product, Marketing, and the wider business, this role will play a key role in driving growth through a data-driven approach.

The company have ambitious plans to scale over the next 12-18 months following a successful funding round, so this is a great time to join and establish the Growth team.


Responsibilities:

• Drive the initiatives leading to the acquisition of new customers
• Take a scientific approach to ideating, developing, and experimenting with new initiatives.
• Build feedback loops for users and stakeholders to measure and learn.
• Work with key stakeholders to rapidly prototype and test hypotheses.
• Identify and test hypotheses on product solution
• Partner with marketing, sales, and engineering to develop products
• Demonstrate a passion for successfully developing and implementing product-led growth strategies

• Experience of an acquisition focus of a Senior Growth Product Management role
• A data-driven approach
• Background in leading both technical and creative teams
• A strong background in B2B SaaS
• Demonstrable background in using data to understand the customers
