IT Support Engineer

IT Support Engineer – Windows, Azure AD, O365   This is a permanent position paying £30-40k depending on related technical expertise and will be a hybrid working week (2 days remote, 3 days in office). The office is based near Maidstone, Kent and the business operate in the Financial Services space.   Working with a small, close-knit Infrastructure Support team, you will be responsible for a wide range of Technical Support activities and all Infrastructure project work within the business (from PC builds, to Cloud migration). The environment is split between some on-prem and some Azure Cloud provisioning currently.   You will need to have strong commercial experience in 2^nd line support – covering Windows, O365, Active Directory, server administration and with some commercial Azure AD. If you have done any basic Powershell scripting to automates tasks or been in a thin client environment previously, this will all help.   Due to the size of the team, they are looking for a pro-active Engineer who wants to get involved with the latest technologies, take on project work and increase their exposure to 3^rd line support and systems administration tasks.   If you are interested in hearing more please get in touch ASAP.
