To work for global logistics company based in Berkshire. The company have an exciting new role to be positioned squarely as an important client facing strategic position within their cargo and freight clients.

You will be a committed Product trainer who is able to make a technically complex product into an uncomplicated user experience for all their end users. You will be an essential part of the wider product team who will lead the supporting and training of all their end users globally in the best use and processes of all the systems. You will be provided with full on the job training of their in-depth product and process so that you will be able to deliver the training with confidence.

What they require from you is the excellent ability and experience in delivering software product training, a great communicator who enjoys meeting new people and travelling. Someone who is good and enjoys the development and documentation of processes and training materials

Responsibilities

• Design, documentation, and delivery of bespoke training courses to fit individual customer needs
• Facilitate the implementation of training courses for global clients to include face to face workshops, VC, classroom, online tutorials, and interactive tasks
• Lead the development and completion of full system user guides and all training material.

Skills

• Experienced in Microsoft software and packages (Teams, SharePoint O365)
• Being a proven trainer
• Ability to travel
