This is a permanent position to work with a UK based business, on a remote basis. They are paying up to £60k for the right candidate.

 

The right candidate will be an experienced ScrumMaster, ideally certified, who has progressed into a Delivery Manager position within an Agile Product environment.

 

You will be working closely with the core Engineering team, across multiple Products, top ensure the best technical delivery outcomes across all workstreams.

The business put a lot of emphasis on the user when it comes to Product development decisioning so a background in a similar environment will certainly help.

You will be able to structure the running of Agile delivery, utilising product backlog, overcoming obstacles, running retros and keeping a keen eye on core functionality vs edge case scenarios, prioritising accordingly.
