Senior Infrastructure Engineer – Windows

This is a permanent position, paying up to £75k for the right candidate.

Working as part of an established team you will be joining as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to take a lead position of responsibility in the provisioning, support and improvement to the current infrastructure.

This is a predominantly MS Windows environment, with a large on-prem server estate, but moving increasingly to a Cloud setup (something you will be involved with). You will need substantial commercial experience implementing and supporting the following:

• Windows OS, Office 365
• Server 2012 – 2019
• Active Directory
• VMWare (other virtualisation technologies will be considered)
• Powershell
• Azure experience (certification even better)

 

• TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Ansible experience beneficial
• Any experience with Intune would be advantageous (not a pre-requisite)

Due to the on-prem nature of the role there will be a business need to be on-site sometimes, with a hybrid approach between working from home and office favoured.
