Product Manager/Owner (Gaming)

1x Product Manager and 1x Product Owner

A global provider of gaming software and 3^rd party games is currently growing their Product team and is looking to hire 2x Product Managers/Owners to join the team of 5.

Though it is undecided which products the successful candidates will be a part of, the successful candidates will have previous gaming industry experience and have experience working on technical platforms.
The company has 2 main product platforms; one is their internal platform, the other is their 3^rd party platform, and a Rewards platform is currently on the horizon. Both roles are open to candidates who have experience with any of the above (gaming Rewards & 3^rd party platforms).

The reason for the roles being open to a wide range is because both hires are about getting the right person in the team. As long as you have demonstrable experience within Product Management/Ownership and come from the gaming sector, then this role is open to you, regardless of the tenure of your experience.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and understand user needs
• Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs
• Lead the discovery and prioritisation of features and user stories
• Drive the vision and strategy for the product
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to ensure buy-in to the vision
• Capture and disperse requirements from a variety of sources
• Work with a scrum team to deliver on the vision
• Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver an end-to-end user experience
• Work collaboratively to define the technical strategy
• Collaborate with agile development teams
• Gather and refine requirements and solutions
• Work with internal stakeholders to fix issues and bugs
• Deliver against portfolio and control gate requirements
• Prioritise the backlog to deliver the roadmap
• Report on and analyse product KPIs

Experience Required

• Previous working experience with the gaming industry is essential
• Previous experience as a Product Manager/Owner is essential
• Experience of digital deliveries across web and mobile
• Demonstrable experience of successful product launches/management is essential
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

Salary
£50k-£65k
