A global provider of gaming software and 3^rd party games is currently growing their Product team, and is looking to hire a Head of Product to lead the team of 5 and further implement the structure and processes for the function.
The successful candidate will have previous experience as either a Head of Product who has led the product function, or a Senior/Lead Product Manager who has directly managed a team of Product Owners or Product Managers. Experience in the gaming industry will be key for this role, and the successful candidate will be able to offer demonstrable successes from previous roles.

The Head of Product will be responsible for defining the product strategy and roadmap, and will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to align the product vision with the business vision.

As this role has a heavy strategy focus, previous experience in the gaming industry is essential, and unfortunately any profiles without this experience will not be considered for the role.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap and vision
• Manage and coach the team of Product Managers, working closely with them on defining and prioritising features and roadmaps
• Collaborate with senior leadership teams to align the product vision and roadmap with the wider business requirements
• Use your experience in the gaming industry to introduce new products and features
• Work closely with the product marketing team
• Understand the customer requirements and work collaboratively with senior leadership to deliver what’s needed
• Consistently communicate the roadmap, vision, strategy, priorities, etc. with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee product launches

Experience Required

• Previous working experience with the gaming industry is essential
• Previous experience leading a team of Product Managers/Owners is essential
• Experience of digital deliveries across web and mobile
• Demonstrable experience of successful product launches/management is essential
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles

Salary
£80k-£90k
