Digital Strategy – Web Strategy – UX – Content – Customer Experience

Our client need a web strategist to help them review and revive their online presence.  Taking their current state of multiple sites to consolidate in to a brilliant customer experience across all channels.  you will be working closely with the technology, UX and marketing teams to understand the business requirements and put together an overarching strategy to help them deliver an improved online experience for users.

The business are undergoing a vast technology transformation with an improved customer journey at it's heart.  This role is a fixed term 12 month contract (salaried role) and can be predominantly remote with travel to SW London.
