Service Desk Analyst – Helpdesk analyst – 1st/2nd Line Support

A confident and customer focused member of the Service Desk is needed for a business that are growing and delivering key services to their customers. You will be responsible for helping the business troubleshoot issues and providing timely solutions to tickets.  You will be working remotely but will need to be based in the South West to visit their centres in the area if necessary, although this is likely to be few and far between.

The technology is predominantly microsoft so you will ideally have supported O365 or similar packages before.  You will be supporting across the technology and telephony estate. This will be PC's networks, telephony, mobile tech and supporting their bespoke software systems when needed.

As important as the technology is to get someone that is able to own problems and work to processes in a timely fashion.

The role is working from home, all equipment provided, no shift work, 8.45am-5pm.  Must be South West based accessible to Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Hampshire
