Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultant – SaaS platforms, client facing, data and web knowledge.

We are hiring for an Implementation Consultant to work with a well-established SaaS Product company, based in their central London offices (once they return to the office later this year).

As the Implementation Consultant you will be a technically and client-focused individual who will be ensuring that their clients are on-boarded to their award winning SaaS platform quickly and with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.  As part of a small team of Solution and Implementation Consultants, you will work on multiple implementations concurrently for new and existing clients. 

 

The role incorporates working with the sales team and prospect clients to define the implementation solution, working through the implementation process to onboard the project. You will be responsible for defining and configuring the solution, including working with the customer to test the solution, whilst facilitating handovers to ongoing support. 

 

The responsibilities of this position include:

• Working with the sales team on prospective clients to detail the achievable solution.
• Take clients from SOW signature to implementation, and then kick-off to go-live.
• Ensure clients are kept aware of project status, outstanding tasks and agreed timelines.
• Help clients to implement contracted products so the full value is realized.
• Place customer satisfaction and engagement as paramount
• Be the main technical contact for new clients as they implement their solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Pro-actively identify ways of improving the implementation processes and team documentation.
• Become a subject matter expert in the core product offerings for key industries and verticals.

 

Required experience:

• Prior experience of working directly with clients, understanding requirements, and implementing technical solutions – via remote and face to face communication.
• Demonstrate prior ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Proven track record in delivering SaaS implementation projects.
• Understanding of SaaS models and differences between standard product implementation, advanced configurations, and bespoke solutions
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SFTP file transfer (troubleshooting and utilization, not creation of)
• Ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies. Salesforce, Taskfeed, JIRA or similar.
