Business Design Lead – London – £90k

A digital transformation consultancy in London is looking for an experienced Business Design Lead who has specific experience with Operating Model Design, rather than someone who is heavily Experience Design led.
In essence, they are looking for Customer Experience Strategy and operating model design (i.e. processes, technology, people) to deliver those experiences (services).

The company works with businesses to develop their digital strategy, driving change in organisations and supporting leadership teams' growth to become more profitable.

Your duties will include:???????

• Building and developing client relationships, working with stakeholders to identify sales opportunities, develop proposals and build strong client relationships
• Running engagements, from scoping through delivery by managing engagement teams and working with Partners and other internal teams to help clients overcome challenges
• Developing strategy, working closely with engagement teams
• Facilitating workshops: leading collaborative strategy development sessions with clients
• Lead junior members of the team, helping them to build technical and soft skills by coaching them to achieve their career aspirations
• Contributing to thought leadership

• Previous experience as a Business Design Lead is essential – ideally from a Digital Agency or similar environment
• Operating Model Design experience is essential
• Excellent communicator
• Experience of supporting multiple projects with moving deadlines
