Scrum Master – Banking client
We are looking for a Scrum Master on a permanent basis to work via a Consulting firm, onsite with a large Bank in central London.
The role will be remote for now and over time will remain mainly remote, with a little client facing time needed.
The right candidate will have a very strong PM background, with a strong career history playing Scrum Master, with some recent experience within the Banking sector.
If you have experience as Scrum Master within commercial banking this would be even more desirable.

If you have experience as Scrum Master within commercial banking this would be even more desirable.
Requirements:
- Hands-on business-facing delivery experience (ideally leading multiple small initiatives or parts of bigger initiatives)
- Experience navigating complex governance such as Privacy, Risk and Product Controls.
- Experience of working in regulatory work and/or customer-facing journeys is also beneficial – i.e. able to pre-empt Risk concerns or think in terms of the customer’s perspective.
- Experience working collaboratively with third party solution suppliers and building feature teams with other domains within the wider bank.
- Agile skills are useful too – but the key focus here is around communication and stakeholder management.
