Implementation Consultant – SaaS platform
We are hiring for an Implementation Consultant to work with a well established SaaS Product company, based in their central London offices (once they return to the office later this year).
Working within a team of 4, you will take responsibility for the technical onboarding of new clients – implementing your SaaS solution on to their technical environment, liaising with marketing, data and web teams.
You will need to have a good general understanding of data and of web (not from a coding perspective) as well as excellent client skills and general PM ability.
You will work with clients to define and configure the implementation in a timely fashion. You will be working on 10-15 implementations concurrently, with a typical implementation lifecycle being anything from 3 weeks to 3 months.
