Senior NOC Engineer / IT Operations Engineer

 

This is a permanent position, working with a SaaS product company as a senior member of their IT Support and Operations team.

 

You will be a well rounded Systems Engineer, with the ability to provide 3^rd line support across both Infrastructure and Networking issues and the experience to suggest and implement improvements.

 

 You will need technical experience across the following:

• Windows server administration experience, Server 2016, Exchange, Active Directory, Office365
• Linux systems administration (CentOS)
• IP Networking – CCNA level (Any HPE switches and Checkpoint firewall experience is a bonus)
• VMWare
• Basic AWS exposure

 

Additionally the perfect candidate would have experience within:

• Telecoms experience (TDM/SS7, SIP etc)
• Splunk
• Nagios

 

The office Is based in central London and the role will be split between remote home working and some on-site (4-8 times p/month).

The role operates standard working hours (not 24/7 or shift work!) and once you are established in the business there will also be an on-call rota, (1 week in 4) which you will be well compensated for.
