Movement-8 is supporting one of our historic clients with the hiring of an experienced UX/UI Designer. Our client is a leading software organisation whose platform is well established in the UK market.

 

They are scaling up for international expansion and are growing their personal as well as their product proposition.

 

The UX/UI Designer will join a newly established Marketing & Development team and will be the first hire who will specialise in this area. The role will support improved user journey through the new website as well as improving application features. The UX/UI Designer will also support with the design of new applications.

• Plan and implement new designs
• Design new and optimise existing user flows and wireframes
• Design new and optimize existing user interface designs
• Test for intuitiveness and user experience
• Liaise closely with internal teams and users to understand their goals and objectives
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centred solutions
• Combine creativity with an awareness of key design elements
• Create prototypes for new product ideas
• Test new ideas with users before implementing
• Conduct ongoing user research

• Knowledge of Adobe range of products including XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver
