IT Recruitment Consultant – Contract

As well as your passion for hiring technology professionals, you’ll need to understand and have recruited contractors, being knowledgeable around process and building a contract market.  We have all of the tools available to help you and we will support and work with you to help you grow your market and desk, giving you increased earning potential and some ready made customers thrown in too. Movement8 are a digital and technology recruitment business with a thriving office based down south and now, an established West Midlands presence.  We have a stunning city centre office and are looking for recruiters with strong ethics and a passion to learn and develop to join us and create something special. Movement8 in Birmingham have had a brilliant first 18 months of trading and you’ll be joining a business with a focus of growing and expanding our Midlands and UK wide footprint.  We aren’t looking for a delivery person we need someone with a desire and ability to business develop and the foundations of a solid process that we can work with you on and help add to. This role has the potential to grow a team quickly and eventually run our UK Contract division for the right person. In short, we need someone that cares about what they do and has a real interest in growing a business and reaping the rewards that we have to offer.
