Senior Product Manager

A well-funded, customer centric software company in Central London is currently searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the future development of their main ML platform.

The business, a well-known entity, has built its great reputation on helping businesses personalise their relationships with their customers, using ML and data to really understand their needs.

The role will work closely with the Director of Product and will have a team of engineers to manage, while collaborating with the UX designers and product marketeers to enhance the product growth.
The role offers autonomy on how you decide to achieve your success.

The Role:

• Own the product roadmap
• Use regular interaction with customers and detailed knowledge of the market to understand the full requirements of the customer
• Identify commercial opportunities and use analysis to achieve business objectives.
• Manage process within the OKR framework to progress towards the business objectives.
• Maintain a combined focus of discovery and delivery.
• Be the focal point for the product; never relenting on breeding and maintaining a consumer-focused approach.
• Capture data to inform decision making
• Manage relationships with the wider business.

• Extensive experience within Product Management; ideally taking Products from concept to delivery within a start/scale-up environment
• Experience using data/market research insights to drive your strategy; knowing when to use data to make decisions and when to go with your instincts
• Experience working with Data Science, Machine Learning and AI is highly desirable
• You excel at liaising with graduates and CEO’s alike
• History of delivery high quality products in a fast-paced environment
