Head of Product – Software Company

A well-funded, customer centric software company in Central London is currently searching for an experienced Head of Product to launch a new Product offering for enterprises with millions of customers worldwide.
The business, a well-known entity, has built its great reputation on helping businesses personalise their relationships with their customers, using ML and data to really understand their needs.

The company has recently received major funding, which has led to the concept of this new product offering to become a reality, so this opportunity will allow an experienced Head of Product to take this product from 0 and turn it into a driving force for the business.

The role will work closely with the Director of Product and will have a team dedicated to the product from the start.

The Role:

• Own the product roadmap
• Use regular interaction with customers and detailed knowledge of the market to understand the full requirements of the customer
• Identify commercial opportunities and use analysis to achieve business objectives.
• Manage process within the OKR framework to progress towards the business objectives.
• Maintain a combined focus of discovery and delivery.
• Be the focal point for the product; never relenting on breeding and maintaining a consumer-focused approach
• Capture data to inform decision making
• Manage relationships with the wider business

• Extensive experience within Product Management; ideally taking Products from concept to delivery within a start/scale-up environment
• Experience using data/market research insights to drive your strategy; knowing when to use data to make decisions and when to go with your instincts
• Experience working with Data Science, Machine Learning and AI is highly desirable
• You excel at liaising with graduates and CEO’s alike
• History of delivery high quality products in a fast-paced environment
