Salesforce Architect – implementation, Telco experience, CPQ, COM, UK remote
Required for a leading Telecoms firm based in London. Previous experience of implementing Salesforce into the Telco industry is necessary for this role as they are expecting you to hit the ground fast on this project and being up to speed with the terminology and importantly the challenges that you have faced implementing into this industry, is critical.
You should have a good understanding of the overall CPQ/COM architecture and should have worked on the full lifecycle at least once and be able to show a strong understanding of the design and implementation of the following parts:
- product configuration design product pricing
- price negotiation/ discount
- proposal document
- contract terms & conditions
- internal & external approval processes
- contract management
- COM – workflow and fallout
You should be able to map the EBU business requirements to the CPQ package as well as having extensive experience in design integration, as well as having worked in a microservices environment
Requirements
- Good understanding of traditional and new-age Voice networks and concepts
- Knowledge of Telecom Industry Standards/ regulations/ best practices
- Experience in defining the process, business requirements and system requirements in one or more areas of Telecom process
- Prepare, analyse and review proposals from internal teams
- Should be able to engage with multiple stakeholders like Business, SI partners and System owners to understand, capture, finalize and sign off requirements
- Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participate in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem and gather further data as required
- Should be able to prepare reporting consultants/ designers in basic consulting / Solution design skills
