Head of Product – FinTech B2C
A consumer focused FinTech company is currently searching for an experienced Head of Product to lead and mentor a strong team of Product Managers across multiple product lines.
The business, a well-known entity, has built its great reputation on continuously helping their users maintain complete clarity on their financial situations and wellbeing.
The user is at the centre of everything the company does, and Head of Product will continue with this ethos, while ensuring delivery on exciting products.
The role will work closely with the CPO and will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and delivery of the product lines.
The Role:
- Manage and mentor a great team of Product Managers in the delivery of exceptional B2C products
- Align your product strategy and delivery to the goals of the business
- Deliver high quality products, ensuring speed of delivery doesn’t affect quality
- Set the team clear, achievable targets (OKR)
- Own the strategy for the unique and innovative generation of product communicating the strategy to our key stakeholders on an on-going basis.
Experience:
- Extensive experience with B2C focused products, ideally within FinTech
- Experience using data/market research insights to drive your strategy; knowing when to use data to make decisions and when to go with your instincts
- You excel at liaising with graduates and CEO’s alike
- History of delivery high quality products in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience managing a team of Product Managers from a Head of Product role
