Senior PHP Developer | Symfony| JavaScript | Remote | £50k-£60k

The successful candidate for this Senior PHP Developer position will have a fantastic opportunity to work on some exciting projects, encompassing ongoing development work with current applications as well as re-platforming and new product designs. The role will also encompass leadership responsibility and the mentoring of junior developers.

This company have experienced recent organic growth with their product being used by major high street brands and gaining further traction in the market.

Previous hands-on experience with the following technologies is essential.

• PHP (symfony)
• AWS (migration)
• SQL | MYSQL
• Javascript

Responsibilities

• Architecture design
• Hands-on, but leading a small team of engineers
• Code rewrite/refactor and migration to AWS
• Code review/code quality improvement in a complex environment
• Platform and code base upgrades
