Lead Software Engineer – Java, AWS, Microservices

This is a permanent position working on a hybrid basis in Cheltenham. Due to the nature of the work candidates MUST hold enhanced DV security clearance (green badge) to be considered for the position.

We are hiring for 3 Lead Software Engineers to join a Consulting firm who are setting up a new team and function within the client. This presents an exciting opportunity for someone to join at ground zero, have a significant impact in the growth of the team and direction of the work, whilst leading on some ground breaking projects.

You must have significant experience in Java, microservices architecture, AWS and working in Agile and ideally be in a lead position – remaining hands on, but leading on technical direction and mentoring more junior members of the software engineering team.
