Cloud Security Engineer – Azure, Security – Hybrid 

This Cloud Security Engineer (Azure) is for a large global business helping with their on-going digital transformation to focus on Cloud Security within their Azure environment. 

You will be a key part in maintaining the current security practices as well as designing and implementing new measures to protect their cloud environment.

Responsibilities:

• Working closely alongside the wider IT teams integrating security into their systems
• Implementing and designing new cloud security architectures 
• Developing new security measures and policies to protect the infrastructure and systems.
• Ensuring security best practices are followed 
• Monitoring and logging security incidents and threats 
• Staying up to date with the latest cloud security technologies 

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Azure
• Exposure to AWS
• Having previously worked in a Cloud Security position
• Developing CI/CD pipelines
• Scripting experience (PowerShell or Python)
