Application Support Manager

Application Support Manager | SQL, Microsoft Products | Hybrid 

You will be working for a very interesting intellectual property business in London becoming their Application Support Manager. You’ll be an integral part of the business managing a small team of two as well as still being hands on to manage and support their 3rd party web applications.

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring ticket queue’s for 3rd party web applications outside of the business
• Implementing a better and more effective reporting structure
• Managing a small team of two 
• Technical support to external customers and internal users
• Release management and planning
• Making improvements to streamline processes 

Requirements:

• Having managed a small team previously 
• Proficient in SQL Queries
• Supporting API Applications
• Salesforce experience in beneficial
• Knowledge of MS Office and Windows 
• People person with great communication skills
